Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 scoop of chocolate
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 glass Soya milk/yoghurt

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients with three or five ice cubes if the ingredients are not frozen or refrigerated.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
