Vegan Pancake Board

This Vegan Pancake Board is perfect for breakfast, it is super fluffy, simple to make, and delicious!


  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup plant-based milk, such as Almond or Soy


  • Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl, add milk, vinegar and vanilla and mix, let it rest for 5min. Add batter into oiled pan and when the top begins to bubble flip it and cook until golden.
  • Serve with maple syrup and other toppings.
