This Vegan Pancake Board is perfect for breakfast, it is super fluffy, simple to make, and delicious!
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup plant-based milk, such as Almond or Soy
- Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl, add milk, vinegar and vanilla and mix, let it rest for 5min. Add batter into oiled pan and when the top begins to bubble flip it and cook until golden.
- Serve with maple syrup and other toppings.
