Sweet Potato Fries
Crispy sweet potatoes sprinkled with Peri-Peri blend salt.
- 3 Large Sweet potatoes
- 1/2-1 Tbsp Peri-Peri blend salt
- oil for frying ((a deep fryer works great))
- Wash peel and slice potatoes into thin strips. Submerge peeled potatoes, (while slicing) in an ice bath. Keep fries in an ice bath for about an hour. Strain. (pad dry to remove excess water if necessary)
- Heat oil enough for frying in a deep-fryer or large pot. Fry in small batches (prevents overflow) until golden brown. Drain excess oil on a paper towel. Sprinkle Peri-Peri salt and toss. Serve with your favorite dip or ketchup.
