Ingredients Ingredient Checklist ¼ cup pure maple syrup ¼ cup lemon juice ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 (750 milliliter) bottle chilled dry sparkling wine, such as cava, Champagne or prosecco Directions Instructions Checklist Step 1 Combine maple syrup, lemon juice and cayenne in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid.
